Katherine House is a specially converted large property offering permanent residential accommodation for adults with Autistic Spectrum Disorders and Challenging Behaviours. The accommodation consists of nine rooms and is located in Erdington, close to Wylde Green.

The detached property has been designed to meet the needs of the client group and is located within easy reach of the local village shopping area. Erdington is a well established residential area, surrounded by good community facilities.

The environment has been robustly designed to respond to support the needs of people who challenge, whilst providing an environment that is warm and homely, with a low stimulus decor.

The property consists of two large lounge areas, nine bedrooms which all have ensuites containing either a bath or a shower, a domestic scale kitchen, laundry room, Large dining room, a large conservatory and a separate relaxing bathroom. The house has a seperate office area so the home remains homely with all files being kept out of the communal living areas. There is a private parking area at the front of the building and a large sensory garden to the rear.

Katherine House provides 24 hour care and support for nine individuals with:

  • Learning disabilities
  • Autism or autistic traits
  • Challenging behaviour
