Our care packages cover a range of services from direct care, support with domestic living, supporting service users to undertake activities within the community, and an outreach day service taking individuals out of their family home.
Depending on the assessed needs of each person, this will generate an individual plan of care designed to acheive the very best outcomes for our service-users.
